We take stock together: where is your community, and what does it need to take part. Description The first Reflection Circle is a moment to pause and take stock. Each connector shares where their community stands: what is going well, what feels difficult, and what support you need to move forward. We listen, compare notes across communities, and adjust the plan so that no one is left improvising. This is also where cross community learning begins, as ideas that work in one place travel to another. Bring the real picture, not the polished one. That is what makes this useful.
